What an intriguing photograph...the posture evokes...tension? No, but it reflects aesthetically your model resting her chin on her shoulder, thus (disturbingly) hiding her neck, and her expression is ambiguous. She looks like a heroine from a film by Murnau, taken behind the scenes -- fascinating piece, Steve -- I love it!
