Taken in near gale force winds at Iceland's iconic black sands beach at Reynisfjara. While the beach is most famous for the black sands and offshore rocky islets, the basalt columns forming the cliff are also stunning!

Many thanks for your kind comments. I was amazed that Cariad could pose at all, during our visit to the Black Sands Beach, given the extremely inclement weather, but she is a wonderful professional who wasn't to be deterred by blasting chilly winds!
