I'm Steve aka Slim.

Photography is my release from the daily grind, although I'm lucky that I get to travel around the south of England with my job and I'm always on the lookout for interesting locations to do a shoot. I'm also very lucky to live by the sea which has some beautiful sunrises and sunsets, coupled with rock pools at low tide and boulders and groynes that make wonderful props.

I'm also fully equipped with portable lighting, soft boxes, stands, umbrellas, wireless triggers etc, so I'm able to do a shoot at your place or on location. Alternatively I quite often use a very good studio in the West Sussex area as well as my own home.

Photography gives me the greatest buzz when I'm able to work with amateur and professional models alike and we are able to capture some wonderful photographs, the models input is of the utmost importance to me as it can make or break a shot.

I always treat my models with the greatest respect and never push anyone's boundaries, in fact quite the opposite. I go out my way to make sure their needs are met before my own. If my model is not 100% happy, I'm not happy. It will show in the pictures if they are not relaxed. I will also offer to pick the model up if we are shooting in a studio or even on location for that matter.

I wish to further my experience with both amateur and professional models and I'm sure by working together we can create some beautiful images.

This is my hobby and I endeavour to shoot with models whenever I can. I don't take myself too seriously and after all, a hobby is supposed to be fun. My website and my Flickr account are a "work in progress" as i don't just shoot the female form and some of my other work can be found there.
