a celebration of human beauty
The 700 foot high Eureka Valley dunes was the locale for this shoot. A remote valley just outside the Northern boundary of Death Valley National Park and can be accessed by 37 miles of a washboard tire-popping road. Difficult only from the heat and footprint perspective. We walked way around to get the right approach. . This is maybe 6:30 PM and probably still 92 F (34 C) or higher. Walking up to this site was like walking through 6" of new snow too; exhausting.

I can imagine that this must have been a difficult shot to get (especially in the aptly-named Death Valley), but man, it was worth the struggle. Spectacular work!
