Carl Sagan stated back in the 1970s that less than 1% of advanced lifeforms in the Universe make it pass technological adolescence. What he fail to realize by that statement is that over 80% of life in the Universe could be Cybernetic. Even the Bible states that you are a genetic mix not from this planet.
