Ellen De La Paix is 11 x 14.5 on medium bond paper done with graphite. Ellen De La Paix is a portrait of my Mother, who complained that I never "draw" anything for her. She emailed me an olive tree and asked if I could put my own twist on it for her. I drew her as an olive tree from a picture I had of her when she was 26.
