Thank you very much for saying so, Randall. I appreciate your thoughtful comment. Yes, I agree that there is something primordial about this suggesting the advent of creation. (On the other hand, I don't see a problem with my copyright being where it is. I try to make it unobtrusive and I could have placed it in one of the lower corners, but I decided to center it in keeping with the figure being centered.)
Thank you again, Randall, for liking the image so much. Regarding my copyright, I try to make it unobtrusive but still clearly legible. Doing as you suggested would have lessened the effectiveness of the latter. As an alternative, I could have placed the copyright notice in an upper corner, but given how light that part of the image is, I would need to have changed the text color from white to black - and that to me would make it even more obvious.
It's not the placement of the watermark Dave but the brightness of it -- to my eye the white value competes with the central figure of Sienna. A lower opacity matching more the grayness of the clouds would have been better balanced with the overall composition I think. I do love this image!
