In Latin America Sicarias are some of the most feared and effective assassins. Most of the neighborhoods ran by the drug cartels were built with one way in, one way out for safety. Sicarias would need to fight their way out of those neighborhoods after they had dispatched targets, some made it, most did not; part of their rituals before jobs is to pray to La Santa Muerte to protect them.
