Jerry's Nightmare

Silly me... being intimidated by something I adore. This image was initially done in 1999 (prior to me having Photoshop software) by combining two separate slide film images. I recently (in 2018) filtered it for a more surreal look. If this is a nightmare, then I'll keep on being a dreamer!
Not sure how much of a nightmare this would really be ;-) . But I am reminded of Woody Allen's Sleeper although I love the tonalities and execution of this image a lot more.
