Ability to create the perfect pose.
A talent way beyond looks that make a perfect model. I may or may not like the image itself, but that is not the point of this gallery. There are hundreds of perfect bodies and beautiful women to photograph. There are few I would turn loose to allow them to create poses on their own. These models I would be happy to back off and let them do their thing. Well worth browsing through the model's portfolio to grasp the skills involved.
Love the idea of this Gallery Dave! And thanks for including my image of Vivian Cove who definitely belongs here, along with two others I can attest to: Denisastrakova and Nymfaea.
I'm sure Artdecomodel will soon be included too. :-)
Wow thank you for including me in this awesome gallery!
Thank you. It was all your doing.
It is marvellous to see an image of Arabella included in this most impressive gallery of poses.
I'm pleased to be here and the photo made it to the cover of Danish photographers' magazine.
As it should have. Very nice work.
I'm super happy with the set produced that day and there are three more of them here.
Thanks for the addition here. There are some pretty talented models represented here and Liliana is one of the most divine forms I have worked with in a long time. I have often said, "If it hurts (the pose), it's probably a great one." Thanks to the models who endure this practiced torture.
I agree 100%. "It won't look fantastic if it doesn't hurt" is a saying most of my models come to use. Liliana is not only a beautiful lady (stunning), but her ability to be in that perfect pose with the look of total relaxation is beyond amazing. I'm already a wee bit in love and I don't know who she is. But I will be looking forward to seeing more of her in the future.
Thanks for adding my image
Most welcome. Thank you for sharing your art.
As it’s the photographer who decides which fraction of a second gets pullled from the flow of time, and not to slight the talented models, I see “the pose” as being a collaborative effort.
I agree with that statement. However, if the talent is not there to create the pose, one is left with an empty memory card (blank film).
Made my day. Thank you.
So its kind of like ... if a model trips over a fallen tree in the woods but the photographer is fumbling changing their SD card (or changing that short roll of perforated plastic) then did the model Really fall? ;-) Sorry could not resist.
