The artistic-photographic journey called GLOW-ART began in 2013. The Creative drive behind GLOW-ART.CON is Ron Vestal. Vestal has done over 75 NEON Body Paint shoots and been published more than thirty times in several countries.

Ron studied Radio, Television and Film at The Pennsylvania State University.
He has worked in the Cable Television industry, owns a photography studio and an art gallery, Second Saturday Art Gallery.
