My name is Michael “Mike” Böhlen and photography has been part of my life for a long time now.I found my way into photography through travelling. My basic photography knowledge is self-taught but I deepened it with training as a photographer at the Viewfinder Center in Zurich.
At the moment I offer photo shoots for private clients and I also work as a mentor at Viewfinder Mastery, an online photography school.
In addition to being a photographer, I also work in computer science at the ZHdK (Zurich University of Arts).
I live in the city of Zurich with my wife and our four cats. In my free time, besides photography, I like to travel, I am a big rugby fan and would describe myself as a foodie.
Since you never stop learning, I like to refine my photography knowledge and skills with workshops and I regularly exchange ideas with other photography enthusiasts.
