I have been a photographer since before I could afford to put film in my instamatic camera. As a child I would watch the world through the camera's viewfinder and imagine making interesting photos or films. Eventually I could buy film and quickly discovered through the reactions of those I photographed that I had a good sense for how to capture people. Artistically I am drawn toward low-key minimalism.
