I'm an advanced student of picture making, in my 40-somethingth year of practice. I shoot mostly artistic, erotic, and conceptual nude art, but also a variety of other stuff including landscapes and portraits. I print with silver gelatin and alternative processes, including cyanotype, salted paper, and liquid emulsion. I ran a successful portrait studio as a side business from 2000 until November of 2015, and during those years I shot nearly all my personal and art work in the studio as well. When I closed my studio I began a journey back to what originally drew me to fine art photography, shooting nudes in nature on large format film. I'm working out some rusty skills and shooting primarily 8x10 and 5x7 film, with a little 4x5 scattered in as well.
I love how your images are a wonderful balance of nature and beauty. Your obvious talent and skilled use of lighting allow the canvas to come to life and speak to the viewer.. Excellent blend of harmony, beauty and grace.. thank you for sharing your obvious talent..
