I've been a serious amateur/professional photographer for a very long time now - since 1970. My work has ranged from portraits, including some commercial work shooting executive portraits for medium sized companies, and landscapes to clothed and nude figures. My principle area of concentration is the human figure. There just isn't a limit on the figure in art.

I do B&W and Color in film, digital, and monochrome in ultraviolet, visible light, and infrared. In particular I've been working with models in ultraviolet and getting interesting and generally artistic results.

I'm here to learn, share, inspire, and communicate with the other members. I think that there is always something new to learn. Indeed the more I learn the more I find out that there is to learn.

I also think I bring a different perspective to photography as I've been nude figure model usually for drawing groups looking for a very different shape to render.. So I have experience on both sides of the lens (or easel). I hope I can leverage my experience into something interesting, different, and appealing,
