I'm a very eclectic amateur/semi-professional photographer who pretty much shoots anything I think is beautiful or inspiring. I've been doing figure work for over 30 years, but was shooting flowers and scenery long before that. I got my first SLR in 1970 and have been at it ever since.

As a long time nudist (40+ years!), I love photographing beautiful nude women for the same reason I love photographing beautiful flowers - my other muse. Each one is a beautiful individual person in her own right, without adornment (clothing), visual distractions (props), or implied pain (S&M, B&D). To my taste (and it’s just my taste), much of what passes as “erotic” photography heightens the model as “sex object” and diminishes her as a person. So, I don’t do “erotic,” although it may make my work “boring” to those of different tastes. I want my figure photos to be respectful, sensitive and sensual and not "in-your-face" erotica.
