To explain - 'My Secret Me' does not refer to me, but to my clients who enjoy modelling but prefer to keep the images private and to themselves. I hasten to add that all the images on my portfolio are from my work with professional models or those who are happy to share anonymous images.I have used photography throughout my life, both professionally and personally. Never fixated on any set genre or method, my work maps a social history of people, places, nature and motorsports spanning nearly five decades.
My work has been exhibited at both the Strand Gallery and Menier Gallery in Central London as well as a retrospective exhibition at the Robert Phillips Gallery.
As a member of The Guild of Erotic Artists, the photographing of the human form has inspired, challenged, haunted and fascinated me over the years and now constitutes the majority of my work. I particularly love the play of light and shadow combined with a sense of mystery or playfulness to create images that tell a story.
