I've been involved with photography for a long time, and I am an experienced photo printer (professional experience).

A few years ago, I've taken up street photography and have now moved on to studio and model photography. I'm interested in people and the relationship between internal emotions and their exteriorisation ~ how the shape and the expressions on our faces, and the motions of our bodies can convey or reveal the deepest hidden parts of our emotional lives.

I'm planning to start self-publishing zines where my photography and my writing (poems, stories, notes) merge, interact, and create a narrative flow.

I mostly take film pictures, although I have access to professional digital equipment. At the moment I'm experimenting with alternative processes, such as caffenol and/or vitamin C. I've started making my own film, just painting orthochromatic emulsion on acetate, but that has failed to produce acceptable results as of yet.

I have now worked with quite a few models for almost three years. Although I only had sparse photo sessions, I've spent a lot of time reflecting on the process and purpose of image-making. I feel ready to move on to more significant challenges.
