I am a 41 year old single mom who wants to be an inspiration to others. I am a fitness junkie / gym rat. I have been Lifting for 8 years now. I want to prove to others that age means nothing and you can do whatever it is that you want! My goal to be on this site, is to encourage others to become fit and healthy and show the age does not stall you. I have an amazingly kind heart and gentle personality. I am a very open minded, independent woman. And my summary of my goal in life is to tell people it's okay to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself because it makes you grow as a person. And i feel so empowered being true to myself!! I love the human body and its capabilities. Certainly a work of art no matter what shape, size, color or anything!!
